Ms. Vivian Xiaoyun Chen, the General Principal of Fortune Kindergarten, Bachelor Degree, graduated from East China Normal University major in Early Childhood Education and English Literacy. Ms. Vivian Xiaoyun Chen participated the planning and preparing period of Fortune Kindergarten from 1997, and was assigned as the assist principal, principal since March 1998. Ms. Chen also helped with the opening of Hongqiao and Longyang Campus later on. Ms. Chen had did many researches on the learning environment in early childhood educational institute and the international education with “East meets West”.
